This challenge created by several B2C companies was created to increase clients experience trough the Customer Journey. Nowadays websites, shops and social media sites are the faces of companies to many customers. How do customer experience the brands through out all platforms and how do they interpret the sent messages.
With a focus on Websites and Social Media the challenge partners want to evolve customer experience and set marketing strategies to increase turnover, customer segments and brand awareness. The students will face real problems and goals the companies are facing. During the working period they will have the possibility to ask questions, interact with the decision makers of the company and network with people from different
levels. After the working period the students will be invited to a presentation event where all groups will have to present their results to all challenge partners. Furthermore they will get constructive feedback from the companies, get real inside into other companies and projects and will be evaluated by a jury that will price the best groups of the challenge.
